Currently driving my 3 small children through Canada on our way to Alaska. Our 32’ camper trailer had a leaf spring snap on our axle. Loads of smoke! Very narrow shoulder on side of highway. Our wheels that drove of highway sank into soft ground. I didn’t know how we were going to get it off the road without causing more damage. I called a long list of tow companies. They all told me I was too big a problem. Sliver Rooster answered my call with calm and confidence which I really needed at that moment! They sent an emergency vehicle out to set up road cones, jack and level the camper, and assist safely detaching from my truck. Tow truck came later and safely returned our camper to town. They also went out of their way to get us inside the camper so we could gather items to take to the hotel with us. And the cost? I will just say how relieved I am that they are an honest family owned business with a heart. I can’t say enough good things about our experience! I have faith they can tackle any sized problem, and you will be happy you chose them!

Amazing service. I went into the ditch today and was stuck in the center median. I was worried someone was going to slide into me because my truck was close to the shoulder. The guy from Silver Rooster(I didn’t get his name) was helping someone else on the other side of the road. I called Silver Rooster not knowing it was them on the other side of the road. He tells me he will be right over after he helps the other guy. He was over really fast and pulls me out in minutes. Then when ask what I owe him, he says give him a good review. This wasn’t just good service, this was getting me out of a dangerous situation. Silver Rooster took care of me and helped me so much. What the guy from Silver Rooster didn’t know is my wife is in a wheelchair and only had a helper back in Edmonton till 4 pm. I had to get back to Edmonton for me to be able to help my wife. With Silver Rooster’s help I got back in time and all is well. Thanks again you guys, I am a very grateful guy.
